1. Identity and address of the party responsible for the file where your data are held

Under the applicable rules on the protection of personal data, QUÍMICAS MERISTEM S.L. (hereinafter, the File Manager) informs you that when you contact us for information on our products, you may supply certain personal data, which will be processed automatically and incorporated into the corresponding mixed file, which will have been previously registered at the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

2. Purpose of data processing

The purpose of collection and processing your personal data is to provide you with the information requested about our products. In doing so, you agree that your data may be processed for this purpose , and not for any other. The contact form is not intended to enable CVs to be sent to us.

3. Rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition

The File Manager informs you that you as owner of the data you always have the right to access the file and to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition under the terms established in the corresponding data protection legislation. For these purposes, simply send a written, signed request to QUÍMICAS MERISTEM S.L. at the following address Ctra. Moncada Náquera Km 1.7, Apartado de Correos 30, 46113 C.P, Moncada (Valencia) or via email to meristem@quimicasmeristem.com, together with a scan or photocopy of your ID card.

4. Data transfer

The File Manager informs you that your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties. If such a disclosure were necessary, your consent to this would be requested and you would be informed of the identity of the third party to whom the data were to be transferred, the use to be made of the data and the purpose of the transfer. Your data will be treated with absolute confidentiality. In any event, consent to the processing and transfer of your data may be revoked on request to the address stated above.

5. Security measures

The File Manager has adopted the security measures legally required for its facilities, systems and files, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, approving the Regulation implementing Law 15/1999, with respect to the confidentiality of the information provided. In addition, the File Manager guarantees the confidentiality of your personal data, although these and any other information possessed or accessible through our systems that are required under applicable laws and regulations will be provided to the competent public authorities.

6. Data quality

The File Manager will take all care to maintain the quality of the data you provide, ensuring that they are adequate, relevant and not excessive for the legitimate purpose of data processing. In all cases, the user is responsible for the veracity, accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertakes to keep them updated.

If our data protection policy has to change as a result of changes in the applicable legislation or in the criteria applied by the Data Protection Agency, the user will be duly informed of any changes that may be introduced in order to comply with these requirements.
